Good Location and Price
There was no warm water when I arrived, but I cannot fault them for that. They were apologetic and passed on the message that a part was being delivered overnight and the repair was expected to be completed about 0800 in the morning, and it was fixed close to that time. I had business to take care of first thing nearby, and was able to shower and check out when I returned. The location and price was attractive to me. The breakfast had few choices, but I did not care.

Located in a tremendously sketchy neighborhood, the lobby wasn’t open when we arrived and we had to wait outside for 40 minutes for check in. The parking lot was full of people. During our stay there were several loud arguments happening outside and several cars got broken into in the parking lot.

My first time staying here and maybe the place where I stay for every Aftershock moving forward. I enjoyed room, the location is right next to a IHOP and there's bars and liquor stores near by too. They also have parking here too

The staff was friendly enough but the floor in our room was visibly dirty with debris and hair, and the shower was not clean at all. The breakfast buffet was simple (cereal, oatmeal, bagels) but underwhelming. The location of the hotel was nice, but I would not stay here again based on the lack of cleanliness in the room.

I was surprised that this property was safe and well kept. The hotel has been remodeled and it’s very nice. They have security on the property which made us feel very safe. It was close to midtown. The price is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
