Room wasn’t cleaned very well bathroom was pretty dirty. We found a bloody bandaid in the bathroom and had to ask for a glove at the front desk to pick it up. He just handed me a glove, I wasn’t asked if we wanted to switch rooms or have the bandaid picked up and area cleaned. The lady at the front desk this morning was very nice and accommodating to our late check out request.

Great Hotel!
This is our second time staying at this property. The hotel is in a quiet, off the beaten path office park area. It is quiet and there is very little traffic. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful. There were lots of toppings for the oatmeal, which is exciting because we’re real hotel oatmeal nerds. The staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

We got to the hotel for the pool and breakfast, but they had no pool, so we left too early for breakfast. The last one who checked me out was pleasant. The guy there last night was not even trying to be helpful. I'm very disappointed.

Decent place to stay outside of Sacramento
The area changed for the worse, not really the hotels’s issue, but lots of druggie and homeless at the nearby good area, hotel was comfortable, but the area felt less safe than the last time we stayed.

There should be a lesson taught at this establishment about proper customer service. Staff seemed too preoccupied to acknowledge the guests, they just offered stares. Hotel was ok, the bathroom was cramped and outdated.
