Staff was extremely friendly, and check in was a breeze. Beds comfortable, and although near a busy freeway, street noise was minimal. Only thing to note, room numbers were very small - I had to get out of my car and walk up to the doors to see a number 🙃 lol besides that - we'd happily stay here again!

I was tired after a long day of driving. I checked in, and proceeded to lug my heavy luggage to my assigned room. I get to my room, use my assigned room key, and the door opens. Get this, there was someone in the room resting on the bed. I had to explain myself, luckily the person was understanding. If the wrong type of person was in the room there may have been trouble. I'm 67 years of age and have traveled a ton and have never had this happen before, It's kind of scary, because what if this was happened in my actual room and I had belongings in the room. My trip belongings may have been stolen?? This could have been a total disaster. This is just plain unacceptable and I will get to the bottom of it. Another thing is that I didn't feel safe in the area at all. There was a lot of riff raff hanging outside what seemed to be they were maybe casing things? There was NO hotel security that I could see.

We had a good stay. The room was in good condition and everything worked as it should. This hotel is situated between a residential neighborhood and a highway. Even though we were given a room facing the highway, the noise was never really a bother because the noise of the air conditioner drowned it out. The advantage staying here was it is isolated from the typical problems found in a large city. The disadvantage is there are no easily accessible walking distance food services nearby. The only problem I encountered was stepping on tiny glass shards twice in the room while in my bare feet. Otherwise this proved to be a good choice for my stay and I will stay at this property again when in Sacramento.

We were assigned a room that was already someone else’s room. Extremely embarrassing. Our room key cards stopped working each morning. They had to keep giving us replacements. Not enough parking so we had to park far from our room. Very loud.

Terrible. Front desk clerk was very rude and could tell she did not want to be there. The breakfast area was a disaster, and both nights we were there we had to call yhe front desk at 1 or 2 am due to extremely noisy neighbors
