0 out of 10 do not recommend to anyone that is not a dirty homeless person do not I repeat Do Not stay here they have the biggest Roaches you will ever see in Cali The rooms are dirty even after the maids "clean" One night I saw a huge Roach going door to door trying to get back inside like I was someone's pet

We were staying here for a convention since it was close to the convention center, all the rooms are labeled as “non smoking” and both rooms we had smelled like people had been smoking in them previously, in both rooms as well there were some cockroaches.

I don’t even know how this place passes its inspections. The rooms are disgusting, dust on baseboards probably since opening of hotel, dirty walls, ripped blinds, ripped chair in the room, bugs in shower, rusted shower. This place should be shut down.

Worst place to stay
I have never stayed in a worse motel. Our room was not ready until after 430pm. I was told the previous people had been there 2weeks & they barely got them out. Claimed they needed time to clean it perfectly. When we walked in it was HOT, smelled bad of dirty people & weird cleaner trying to cover up smell. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well & had hair in tub & floor. The front desk person, Shannon was rude & unhelpful. We were only given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth for 3 of us staying 2nights. Shannon said well, that's housekeepings choice! The sidewalks were covered with homeless people. The parking lot had people roaming around & we even had people knocking on our door looking for previous occupants. My deposit was immediately withdrawn from my account instead of just putting a hold until we checked out. We had a "baloney & pool view" which looked awful. Looked like the locals were bathing in the jazzuci. The police were across the street & shannon claimed fire trucks were at this motel was why she couldn't answer the phone to the representative trying to help me be reimbursed. I checked out after 2hrs online to find another hotel. I wouldn't suggest anyone staying here.

There were cockroaches in side the room and found them in the morning next to the ac vent on on the bed in room 101 I presented pictures and videos to front staff and said there’s nothing they can do about it and gave them my phone number to management and the representative said “ sorry about that but honestly the manger will not call you , you can leave your number but he won’t call you “ terrible terrible experience

The room was dirty and smelled of Marijuana. The floor was disgusting and sticky. We were traveling late and didn’t have time to search for another hotel. They offered to switch our room. It smelled stale and the sheets were stained. There are a lot of homeless in the area but the property is protected by a fence and a lot of cameras.

Good basic place for one overnite.
Entire staff was pleasant and professional/helpful. Room was clean, basic. Bed was terrible and uncomfortable. We felt every bump and hardly any cover.(inadequate) Breakfast was great and waffles were delicious! We did feel secure with the fence surrounding the property and the alert security guard. No noise problem at all.
