10/10. Stayed here only for 2 days but will definitely be back for longer stays in the future. The accommodation is spacious, clean, and chic! It's nearby many transit stations (subway and bus), close to Songdo Beach (much less busy and less crowded than Haeundae), and the streets surrounding the building become a bustling food highway with lines of pop-up local eatery booths and vendors. One thing to note: there is no in-person concierge or front desk. Once you enter, there will be a banner by the door with a number of ways to contact the property virtually. Once they confirm your booking, they send you the room number and door code. A bit tricky at first but now that I know how to do it for next time, this will be my pocket pick for my stay in Busan.

The hotel was located in a great location, close to many shops, restaurants and the metro. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this place!

We paid a lot of money for a supposedly 5* room but we’re not allowed to use the pool (even though there was nowhere stating it wasn’t included in our reservation). The toilet leaked and the sink leaked and the property was dated. The beds were comfortable though. Staff rushed to help Asian travellers but not us and it felt like they were more interested in the tour groups than us. It was helpful to leave our luggage and the luggage staff were helpful. Everyone else was not. Very disappointing for a supposedly high end hotel. Not worth the money!
