Nice upgrade

The hostess initially gave me a room with a king bed initially, didn’t know until we got in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. When I went to change it, she upgraded us to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa! That was very nice of her! Was also pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights! Much better than my last experience at a Wyndham!

They got it right on

It was clean but did have 3 keypads not working, the shower handle fell in my hand as I attempted to shower, Espi Fixed it right away she was friendly and willing to help and so was the morning shift female

Our neighbors were partying at 1:30 and didn’t stop until about 6, the elevators weren’t working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and the 3rd floor hallway wreaked of marijuana.

Best place to stay in Safford! The staff is incredible and so accommodating! Chloe was great and very helpful! This hotel is truly pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
