Staff were excellent and very attentive

The professionalism of staff, the high standards and the location. It is next to a mall and it is also easy to access the city centre. Good for holiday, family visits and business trips. I recommend it very highly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

This is a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are very large, and clean. Staff is lovely. I would stay here again. Next time, I hope the weather is nice enough to use the beautiful pool

Room was clean and staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Was very disappointed in communication regarding booking an airport transfer for my arrival. My flight arrived late at night so wanted an easy transfer from the airport to the hotel as this was also my first time in Nairobi. I emailed to arrange this and I got a reply asking for my flight details to confirm however after this email I did not get a reply back so I emailed again 3 days prior to arrival to double check and confirm the airport transfer but still no reply. I waited at the airport for a while in case they had it sorted but I ended up having to take an Uber. When I brought by this up during check in, they could see that I had emailed twice but was told that Uber is cheaper anyways.
