Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden.

The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. We enjoyed long walks in nature and explored thoroughly. Breakfast was scrumptious. Dinner was ok. What I mean is it all tasted fine, but it was nothing spectacular that I’d remember. The dinner staff seemed to be displeased about their tips. I overheard them complain to each other. Also some staff spoke limited German which was a bit odd.

Relaxing countryside stay

Great stay with family at this hotel in the countryside. Room was nice and clean, bed a bit too hard for my taste. Breakfast was good with everything you can expect. Buffet dinner was average buffet style. Friendly helpfull staff and premises very clean. Swimming pool and play land in different building, very popular with the kids. Nice area with possibility of bike and horseback riding. Supply shopping in nearby village 5 min by car for those with self cater apartments.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Essen am Abend sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre waren der Mückenfriedhof an den Wänden des Zimmers und die Sauberkeit der Teller. Was aber frech war war die Gebühr für den Parkplatz. Wo hätte man den sonst parken sollen? Vielleicht sollte man die gebühr lieber aufs Zimmer umlegen damit es nicht so sauer aufstößt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Appartement ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Hauptgebäude und Restaurant entfernt. Das Bad war sehr alt und schmuddelig, total verkalkter Duschkopf, Schimmel a den Fugen in der Duschkabine. Im kleinen Bad konnten wir das Klo nicht benutzen, da die Spülung zu schwach war. Die Spülmaschine spülte nicht richtig sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot eine große Auswahl und schmeckte sehr gut, das Restaurant sieht neu und sehr gemütlich aus, schön dekoriert. Wir haben diese Unterkunft trotz der mittelmäßigen Bewertungen gebucht, da es ein Schwimmbad und indoor Spielplatz hat, was mit kleinen Kindern ein absolutes Highlight ist! Die Duschen im Schwimmbad haben wir nicht benutzt (alles sehr alt, Dischkopf sehr verkalkt nd kaltes Wasser), das Schwimmen im Pool war aber für die Kids das Highlight des ganzen Urlaubs die Angestellten super nett und freundlich).
