So our flight got in early and i requested early check in. I thought the app could do it. But there were issues. I was extremely frazzled and annoyed initially trying to figure out exactly where the bldg was and def confused on the listing as to what apt number we were. There’s no one on site so you’re kinda at the mercy of emailing. We are from the us so of course we were having issues w eSIM and phones working. We sat in the ice cream gelato place while I frantically msgsd Eventually we figured it out. But once in. The apartment was totally wonderful. We had zero idea how to properly use the washing machine.. it said it was gonna take 9 hours 😂😂😂 The water was sorta sketchy at best. First day we got hot water. Second day. Not so much. Location was fabulous and super cool apartment but wish they had better ways to communicate and maybe a sign that says “city break apartments” so at least you know your at the right building

Nice spacious room

Incomparable city centre location just off Grafton Street, opposite Bruxelles. Have stayed multiple times. Great studio apartments, spacious and really well appointed. Ideal for a weekend stay in the city . Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service, very clean and well prepared breakfast

Spacious apartment in the City Centre. Toilet was under maintenance. Note was left and fixed quickly. It was warm so had to keep windows open. LOTS of noise ALL night from the street. Check-in process was smooth and the office kindly stored our luggage. The property office was not close the to apartment but was walkable with luggage and the directions were very clear how to find and access the property. Checkout process was easy.

We stayed for one night in June, 2026 and it was less than spectacular. The indoor pool was down a maze of corridors and difficult to find. Our room was on the far end of the hotel, which for a short one night stay, seemed unnecessary. I booked dinner at one of the onsite restaurants and our server either didn't speak English or just didn't want to ask clarifying questions because she took our order, then brought me the completely wrong dish and the male server who came out with the correct dish, was unfriendly, bordering on hostile. Meanwhile I had ordered one drink that never arrived and I finally had to ask the manager for it when he came to check on us after the first two servers had not returned to our table. I had really wanted to treat my daughters to a special experience on our first trip abroad - who doesn't want to stay in a castle - so magical and what a great memory! Well, it wasn't and for what I paid for it, even though I don't like to leave reviews much less negative ones, I feel like I had to so other people could know what to potentially expect.

The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up facilities just down the corridor. The crockery, kettle etc seemed to have come from Ikea and some were still in their plastic, to give you an idea. The fridge/freezer looked new as far as cleanliness goes. Yes, the shower was a bit slow to drain (design flaw I think), but that’s as bad as it got. Bella on reception was ever-pleasant and helpful and I was able to leave my suitcase for a few hours on the last day. This place is on the edge of the centre, so not a bad location. There are one or two places to eat, plus takeaways and convenience stores in easy walking distance. I personally feel I nailed it with this as a choice for a cheap city break - it met my expectations and did the job very nicely. Recommendation for a good break? Leave your car at home and order yourself a visitor’s Leap Card to get around. Dublin hates cars and has pretty great bus, train and tram (Luas) systems. I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t go far wrong.
