The hotel is not in good condition. Bathroom and sink area wasn't very clean. The pool area was bad. I didn’t feel extremely safe while staying there for the night.

Had a room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub above us leaked into our tub and the toilet plugged. We had to plunge it our selves. They did move us to another room. Will not go back

The bathroom was very clean and the bed was neat and comfortable. However, the walls had stains from spills and gouges in them from the chairs. The floor also had stains.

Terrible service

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never had an issue until this time. The refrigerator was broken and it made such a loud noise. I brought it to the gentleman working the front desk and he laughed about it. I had to check out of my room in the middle of the night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, that is the best thing I can say. I was there for 7 days working in my room and not one time did they come in and change my sheets. I had to chase down the towel cart to get new towels and take out my dirties. I had to pull my own trash and put in some grocery bags I had as new bags since they didn't come in to pull that either. The toilets stopped up in both my room and my kids room and they brought down a plunger and dropped it off. We had to plunge our own toilets in both. The office chair I had in my room had a broken back on it so it laid way back so I couldn't use it. I asked in the morning at the front desk and she told me she would look into it and did nothing. Finally at noon I drug the chair all they way down there to get show them and get a new one. She then tried to give me a hard back chair like you have a dining room tables. I explained I needed an office chair as I could adjust it and was working from there for the week. I then had to tell her lets grab the one from my old room I got moved from because the ceiling was leaking. Otherwise, she had no idea what to do. It felt more like I was a maintenance person than a guest. To make things better the only drink vending machine and the hot tub both broke while I was there. This place clearly does not believe in Maintenace as you can see damage on all the walls as well. I will not be going back for my next time in MI.

The staff was super friendly and professional, the check in process was easy. The pool was decent sized and the jacuzzi was hot and functioning. However, the hotel is a little outdated, could use some modernization for sure. My room, and after talking to another guest, apparently their room as well, always had a cigarette smell. That never went away during our stay.

Do not stay here

Pool was so nasty you couldn't see the bottom. Pool room smelled like sewage. Hot tub was not much better. Water had a gross film on top. Green and black stuff by stairs. Site would not allow me to download photos of pool. Do not swim here.

We were a bit set back when we arrived as we thought the facilities were dated and out in the middle of nowhere. While inside conditions were not terrible, it is clearly a dated and run down hotel. The inside smelled of cigarettes and one of the side entrance doors even had the security lock duck taped in place! We were very disappointed, especially for the cost. Would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk people were amazing and so kind and friendly. The room itself was run down and needed a lot of TLC. We stayed in a king bed suite with a Jacuzzi tub and was incredibly let down on how utterly disgusting the Jacuzzi tub was. There was also no extra lock aside from the deadbolt due to it being broken off the door. The pool was also disappointing because there was soooo much stuff floating around. I know it's a public pool but I was hoping for better. Overall disappointing, aside from the staff which seems to be kind, friendly, helpful, and overall pleasant.
