If you are a pet owner, this hotel is probably a great choice for you. However, if you are not staying with a pet, maybe pick a different hotel. I booked a suite because I was going on a mother/daughter over night with my daughters and I wanted the space so we could play games and eat in. However, I found that the suites are probably more for people with pets because the room smelled like dog and there were white pet hairs all over all of the chairs and floor. The beds seemed clean and the towels looked good. But the tub had used soap in it with a few long stands of human hair on the walls and the whole tub was peeling (probably from pets scratching it?) I probably should have asked if there was a different room but my girls were like, it’s fine for one night mom. So, we stayed. However, I think those suites are more for people with pets who are used to the dander in the room. It felt icky to us. (But we are not pet people). The other con was that there were no protein options for breakfast besides peanut butter. But, my girls enjoyed the waffles. So, overall, the stay was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed on the first floor and the room above had “heavy” walkers and the door next to us slammed closed constantly starting at 5 a.m. I believe it was the laundry room.

The bathroom was disgusting. No towels. Place smelled of marjuana. Doors slamming all through the night. The staff was rude like they didn't care. The breakfast was so bad you couldn’t even eat any if it. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. The carpet was nasty and made the room stink.

Went with 2 friends for a girls weekend of shopping and relaxing. We paid for a rollaway bed which was SO uncomfortable. The springs were popping out of the mattress! The first morning, we had no hot water. Apparently there was a problem with the whole hotel and nobody bothered to let us know. After a couple hours the hot water was on again. We had planned on shopping all day and then coming back to relax in the hot tub which was BROKEN! This hotel was awful and we will never stay here again.

Horrible. Floor was sticky, there was no hot water, the shower was peeling and disgusting, there was a dog in the hotel barking the entire time. The hot tub jets didn't work and it was cold. Everything in the room was outdated and beat up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Me and my husband booked a room here because the reviews said it was a good hotel and we were going to visit the Birchrun outlet and Frankenmuth. Usually, we book at the Frankenmuth motel, but this one was $40 cheaper so we decided to give it a try. You definitely get what you pay for! Room was very dirty, we spent a half an hour just cleaning it. The bathtub paint was chipped up badly, so we brought some bathroom mats just to be able to take a shower. Our room was on the second floor and was told once we got there that there wasn’t an elevator…wow we had to carry our luggage up some dirty stairs. You can smell marijuana in the hallway and the other guest all looked sketchy. Very thin walls so you could hear loud talking, dogs barking, and doors slamming early in the morning. To top it all off, there was no hot water on the last morning we stayed there. My husband had to go to the front desk where they said a pump had broke and that we should have hot water in 10 minutes. I had already waited for over a hour so we waited the 10 minutes more. This was by far one of the worse places I’ve stayed in in years. I felt so dirty there and couldn’t wait until the two days were up. The only good things were the tv and the staff was nice. The bed was comfortable enough as well.

My daughter's and I stayed a total of 2 hours in our room. One of the beds had blood on it, the other one was not made completely. We all had bites on us. The bathroom was not clean. And the final straw was when the spiders started crawling on us. I will say I did get a full refund
