The best thing I can say about this particular property was the lady at the front desk was exceptional. The property is undergoing repairs/improvements. When we arrived they put us in a room that was in a wing that they were literally still onsite painting. The worker had to move from out in front of our room 3 times in 5 minutes and the fresh paint smell was horrible in our room. I asked to be moved to another location away from the paint smell and the lady was able to accommodate that which was appreciated. Comfort Inn itself has not met our expectations the last few stays. For the price you can do better.

under renovation, so there was some workers. The sinks in the bathroom were slow for some reason they said, and when they redid the window, curtain it made it so you couldn’t close to blackout the sun light. room380

Exterior was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Building is under construction and luggage carts were filthy as the construction crews must be using them as well. The showers are old and outdated bad water pressure. You should not rent rooms that are not finished. As our room was missing the closet doors. Furniture was old and banged up. Please stock more than 2 towels for guests in the room. Along with soap and toiletries.

Disappointing

The stay was ok. The hotel was under construction so it was a little messy and also confusing. We could not check in when we got there, as the card machine was not working so we had to come back a couple hours later. We were given no directions on our check in, so had to go back to the front desk to ask where to elevators were. And then kind of had to navigate where we were going after we got off elevators on our own, as again, no directions were given. Upon returning home, I discovered I had left a favourite item of clothing behind, which also had sentimental value. I emailed the hotel with no response. So I emailed them again 4 days later, and told them I would get a hold of head office if they did not respond. They finally emailed me back and told me they did not have my item of clothing. It mystery has vanished into thin air. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will steer away anyone that is thinking of going there. It was disappointing.

This property is currently being renovated while serving the public. I was put in a ADA room on the first floor in a yet to be finished portion of the property. I protested my first floor room, the desk clerk said you requested an ADA room; totally NOT true! She was argumentative. I had been up since 0400 and I frankly wasn't in the mood to deal with such an unprofessional and dismissive individual. I know what I booked! The breakfast offerings were adequate. The room was new so at least that was a plus but the television was not working (no signal popped up). I called the front desk. The phone just rang and rang. At this point I just did not care.

The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone Decent breakfast that gets your day going Rooms are average and bed were comfortable which is what I like. There was a baseball tournament so lots of kids in the pool so I didn’t go in Hotel is under renovation and it will be nice once it is done

The breakfast was yummy and the staff was nice. My only hiccup was that the toilet in my room was not bolted down so every time you sat you felt like it was going to break and a lightbulb in a lamp was missing.

This hotel was completely under renovation. The room was fine and the staff were friendly enough but the hotel was completely torn up and being painted and such. It was not the most comfortable because of this. I think there should be notice to consumers choosing to stay there.
