In the bathroom somebody left their dirty shorts and my wife thought they were mine and the cleaning people never cleaned it we had something roll under the bed and lift up the side cover of the bed and no one's ever vacuumed her and these rooms were all supposed to be remodeled well I think Ray Charles remodeled them

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We left after 15 minutes of being there. Our room was not clean before we arrived, the sheets were slept in, there was more hair in the bathroom then on a salon floor. The girl at the front desk was absolutely awful and extremely ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The hotel was under construction the pool and the hot tub was closed. Our room smelled our bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible. Would not go there again.

Nasty!

Nasty hotel — there’s no way this is acceptable in any circumstance. Dirty, old and loud. Every inch needs to be remodeled. Does Radisson feel it’s okay to have such a disgusting hotel because of the Flint location? Unacceptable!

No phone, no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper in room. Had to go to the front desk to get hair dryer.Electric plugs did not work, basically I unplugged the lamps so I could charge my phone and IPad. The person at the desk said that many people have complained about the same problems. Never again or recommend this place..terrible!
