We have stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday at least 7 times. We usually stay for four nights. They do allow pets. We like the shower and comfortable beds. Buffet is ok. Coffee is available in lobby 24/7 and it's pretty good. The bathroom sink faucet is large and in the way. This last stay we couldn't get the room temperature set just right, it was always too cold or too hot. No maid service for our entire stay because of the holiday but rate still the same. Overall we stay here because it's an excellent location for us.

Hamptons Inn are always my preferred lodging so I have stay in many of them around the country. As usually, this one was very good. The breakfast was better than most as they offered two hot selections: scrambled eggs and sausage gravy over biscuits. Many just give you the frozen omelets. The staff was great. The room was spotless - great cleaning crew. The building is starting to show its age with nicks on the wall, rug in the hallway desperately needs a deep clean, outlets on the bedside stand did not work, and so on. But I would definitely go back.

Nice location in Midland. Close to the mall and a lot of different restaurants. Hotel is a little dated but it’s not bad. Breakfast was okay. Not terrific but it’s warm and something to eat. I would stay there again though.
