Service was nonexistent. And they didn’t care. Drapes were inoperable, phone didn’t work. Asked GM to send maintenance person, never happened. Same with phone. GM was aware of issue, said “yah, they are broken.” 80% of time no one was at front desk. Never again.

Last year the stay was good. Not good at all this year. Toilet took 30 minutes to fill after flushing. Breakfast was something we looked forward to this year. This year breakfast was terrible! No fruit, frozen muffins, hard butter, no hot coffee, no milk. This used to be a favorite place to stay but this time it was an absolute disaster.

Loved the size of the room. Lots of things in need of repair in our room: an electrical socket that stuck out of the wall, faucet that was loose, faulty light switch by vanity, towel bar that’s loose from the wall. We also got a sour smelling bath towel.

Breakfast until 9. Went at 8:40 and everything but waffles eggs sausage and fruit already gone. No toast, pastries, oatmeal. Sink facet in room was so loose when turning on water. Felt like it would break off. Room 62 degrees when we first arrived. Maybe great for housekeepers but not us. Thermostats weren’t correct I think I’m done with Hampton Inns.

Disappointing

Broken ice makers on floors 2 and 3, no one at the front desk seemed to know how to handle that information. The wet bar faucet in the room doesn’t work. The ice smells terrible and the fan sounds like a chainsaw. The tray to put the coffee in the coffee maker is missing. The room layout is fantastic, it’s a shame it’s been left is such disrepair.
