Frankenmuth weekend 2025

Due to bad weather we arrived 1.5 hrs early but room wasn't ready. Asked to use pool while we waited for our room and was first told yes, then older man said no, not until room assigned. At 2:40 we were given a different room. The room was quite small for 4 people but was very clean. We also had to request to get room straighten and fresh towels. Breakfast was nice and the staff running it were very pleasant. The housekeeping lady was very nice and promptly tended to our room while we were at pool.

Enjoyed staying here very much. From the beginning to when we checked out, to go home. This hotel had very friendly staff, property clean and very convenient to Bronners and Birch Run Outlet. Will definitely stay here when we return in the spring.

Don’t stay if you want to sleep

Hotel is beautiful but the walls must not have any insulation because we could hear every word from people in other rooms, the hallways, and from the lobby. Also people walking around sounded like a herd of elephants above us. I was disappointed that the guy working the front desk allowed a group of people raising ruckus in the lobby and halls until 1am! We called asking for it to stop several times over two hours before it finally stopped. Would not stay here again for these reasons.
