We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 and we were unable to check in because their computer system was down. We were not very happy as we had driven five hours to get there. We went for a walk around town and came back and we were still not able to check in and it was 7 PM, by this time we were exhausted. The only compensation was them giving us an extra hour on Sunday before checkout. We couldn’t stay the extra hour anyway as we had a long drive also our room was not cleaned while we were there and we had to go down to the front desk to get extra towels and toilet paper , the front desk staff were quite nice, but unfortunately, not being able to check in and not having our room cleaned was not great. Location is awesome though.

Lovely staff (the front desk agents on the 13th and 14th were very friendly and helpful.) Very clean and nice room, and a great complimentary breakfast and coffee. Will stay here again.

The staff that we interacted with were very nice. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered nice options and was good. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that the hallway floors needed a good vacuum. The pool was nice and warm.
