First floor access worked out great this time at the Inn, as the elevator was out of service last time. This trip into town we did not get any bath size towels upon arrival or the next morning. But the front desk offered to extend our checkout time an extra hour, to make up for not having fresh towels to apparently allow us to drip dry for the day. Not really sure what the issue was today.

Elevator was not in service, front desk made quick fast arrangements for a handicapped women with double knee replacements to move from third floor room to first floor access to accommodate her while the elevator was out of service. Thank you for your much needed attention to her.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been in and I love hotels. The pool area is simply breathtaking and the staff is amazing and dizzy went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the hospitality he provided.
