The hotel and the staff were great. But there were three birthday parties booked for the pool and the hot tub. We drove two hours from home to have a weekend with the pool and the hot tub and we could barely get in it. They were kids screaming, and drunk people falling into the hot tub. The part of our trip was a nightmare.

Room condition was only ok. Bathroom toilet paper holder was located under sink cabinet down at ankle height very inconvenient. Light switch by door also controled the bathroom light which took some time to figure out how to get Bathroom light to work. Also this was first time that a $150 per night room did not include any form of breakfast. We have stayed in lots of economy motels that included very good breakfasts.

All of the staff I interacted with were all very professional and helpful. I wasn’t aware of building maintenance until after booking my room. It was have been nice to know that ahead of time. Hopefully the renovations include the bathrooms. The shower had pieces of the shower surround were missing. Room was very clean and was cleaned on a daily basis

Amazing stay! I travel ALOT and this was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From service to having pool and hot tub open to midnight with adults only time. The front desk staff and communication and the comfy cosy beds. I would definitely recommend and if I’m ever in the area again will be back.

Staff was nice but I called and asked if I need a deposit and was told no then when I got there I did also room was nice and clean but to many kids running around parents just let them do what ever couldn’t sleep cause all u heard was screaming kids but other then that’s it was ok if I didn’t have that problem it would have been a 5

Loved everything bout this hotel! The room was so clean, roomy, had everything you need (well minus the tissue box had no tissue and the toilet paper was under the sink and so far back. Hot tub was and pool area was amazing! The staff was all so nice and friendly! Definitely will be back
