Great place to stay

Excellent service. Room was clean and nice. View from the balcony was great. Happy hour was well run. Very quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Loved the underground parking and elevator access David helped us check in and out. He was knowledgable and very friendly.

This is not a locally owned hotel and is a Drury. I wish I would have done more research on that part. But the hotel location was great. Get a room in the river side. Staff were friendly.

Great little hotel

The hotel is spotless. Wonderful location to walk around Frankenmuth. Even cute balconies off the rooms to sit outside and watch the people walk by. I would stay here again.

Room was great, balcony view was amazing in the mornings. Loved the “happy hour” treat. Close to shop and dine. Had been looking forward to staying here and it did not disappoint.

The only complaint was checking in - and not just with us but I noticed others having the same issue. When we walked up to the counter but there was no one at the front desk. My wife and I were talking as we waited and after about 4-5 minutes I tried to call out to a man who was folding sheets in the laundry area in the back. Only then did a young woman come around from behind the wall to check us in. As we were leaving the hotel this afternoon a man was standing there in the same situation. He looked at me and I told him to call out for assistance and immediately they came around the corner. I believe a simple bell to ring would fix everything. The young woman was very friendly - just needs to stay out front or have a bell. Wonderful staff - clean place - and loved the history of the hotel!!
