The room was fine. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Fake eggs and sausage. We went back to get hot water so I could make tea and they were out and someone else was looking for more coffee and they were out too and it wasn’t even time for the buffet to end they just didn’t restock it.

We checked in after a family reunion in Vassar. The room was great. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub all by ourselves for over an hour. We ordered Pizza from Howies and it was great! The breakfast in the morning was very good (however, our granddaughter wanted bacon and there was none). The staff was friendly and kind. The one issue I have with the hotel is the parking--there didn't seem to be any open spots and we had to park quite a ways from the hotel and carry our stuff back to the hotel to check in. I would also suggest that the rule about a cover-up needed in the lobby down to the pool should be posted somewhere other then just inside the pool area. By the time you are reading the pool rules, you have already gone through the lobby to get to the pool.

The room had not been dusted. There were cobwebs covering the coffee pot to the little basket where the coffee pods were stored. The floor in the bathroom was just grose...not clean. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed for a $383 stay for 1 night in Frankenmuth, MI.

Room was freezing when we first got there. A/C was set on 61 - had to turn on the heat to get it to a reasonable temp. Bathroom had walk-in shower and toilet (sink was separate) with the only place to put fresh clothes was on top of the towel rack or the back of the toilet.

Ptak unit needs fixed, could hear gears grinding and excess water in the unit. Room was humid bc of it. Thermostat on wall needed batteries, had to use unit thermostat. Slow drain in sink. Shower leaks and could have been cleaner. Hairs on some towels and on the toilet. Inside of toilet not cleaned the best. Toilet paper was thinner than tissues paper. We have better toilet paper at my corporate job. The room was fairly clean, not too dusty anywhere and No bugs. Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable for being a hotel bed. Did not use couch, don’t know comfortability on that. Fridge was nice and cold. Night staff could have been friendlier. Day staff very nice. Sketchy elevator, has been sketchy since the last time I stayed here 5 years ago. Windows and doors could have used a good cleaning. Some stains on the carpet, per usual in a hotel. Did not eat breakfast, can’t say what that’s like. Very close to all amenities. easy parking with lots of spots. fairly quiet.
