DOUBLE CHARGED
Booked the stay with Hotels.com and paid before arriving. Credit card statement shows charge. Get to the Hotel and they said card was denied and charged again. Now I have paid twice and Marriott will not refund or Hotel.com will not refund.

We have stayed here many times before, but this time the check in was ok. Definitely not a warm greeting. She was there to just “do her job” for sure. The drinking fountain in the pool area is covered in mold as were the air vents above the hot tub. Our room was clean and comfortable but the light was burned out above the refrigerator and the upholstered headboard was torn in several places.
