Very nice downtown hotel. Rooms are cosy and well kept. I would have appreciated it the hot tub were a little cleaner. Nice hotel bar; Decent cafe, if not a bit slow with the orders.

The hotel is beautiful! Room was spacious and very clean. the complementary hot chocolate and cookies at night were a nice surprise. Gym locker room was nice loved that they had lockers that locked with a pin pad. Was a perfect way to spend our anniversary

From the time we first pulled up to the entrance, to the time we got back into our car at the end of our stay, we felt well taken care off. Our room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly appointed. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. We made reservations for Cafe Zinc before checking out, and the experience and food were *chef's kiss*! We were there for a surprise trip we arranged for my mom's 70th birthday, and we are so glad we decided to go with the H. Valet was a lovely perk of staying as well, and all staff that we encountered were courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed concerned with making our stay pleasant their top priority. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Lovely weekend! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, robes in the room, attention to detail, and the amazing food at One Eighteen restaurant. The hotel was busy due to hosting a wedding but was nonetheless a great place to get away for the weekend.

We always have a great stay at the H hotel. It is in a great location to catch a show. We also love the igloo dining in the winter for a unique experience,. It is a nice walkable location to several other downtown restaurants and shops.

The H is perfect.

We love this hotel. It’s beautiful. Places to walk and shopping close by. Delicious cookies and hot chocolate are complimentary. The adjacent parking garage is a bonus. This is our 4th trip here for an easy get away.

This Hotel was immaculate. The property was top notch. We were pleased and impressed! The service was great. Very professional and attentive. However the structure & architectural design of this Hotel is so attractive it made me “think” I was out of the country…NICE! I highly recommend place.

Wonderful Holiday Stay!

Wonderful stay! We had two rooms for 4 days during the holidays. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable overlooking the Midland Tridge that was lit up for Christmas. The staff was wonderful - the extra touches for the holidays were wonderful: the hot cocoa and cookies were great! Our group did the curling in the courtyard and the fire pit with complimentary s'mores was so much fun we almost forgot how cold it was. Midland is my hometown, but as our family has grown, there isn't as much room to stay with family, so the H Hotel has become our holiday tradition. We love to stay here - with walking distance to restaurants and bars and the nearby Santa house. The H bar never disappoints and Cafe Zinc is wonderful as well!
