The place was completely neglected in terms of cleanliness and service.

This is a very nice Hotel. Very extremely spacious rooms and bathrooms. It’s very unassuming from the outside, clean, modern with contemporary and all sorts of amazing Art scattered around the Hotel. This will not disappoint, the staff is helpful, courteous genuinely nice and has been an all around. Great experience.. We had their complimentary breakfast and it was exceptional. Incredible coffee, soft, fresh sweet bread, delicious homemade food in a modern upscale, setting.

The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance

Me gusta mucho este hotel pero esta última vez nos dieron una habitación muy mala no me gustó en el piso 1 # 120 el ruido de la TV la gente el lobby mucho es a dalo pero en fin si algo no te gusta no salgas de casa pero hay me siento como en casa pero esta vez no pero no hay problema seguimos siendo clientes

es uno de mis hoteles favoritos en gdl, el bar que tienen en el 9 piso, me hace disfrutarlo porque no hay necesidad de salir fuera para tomar unas cervezas... pero lo que mas disfruto es la atención en el personal del desayuno, creo que pocos hoteles y restaurantes tienen esa atención

The room was very clean staff is very helpful facility close to centro de Guadalajara and lots of great restaurants near by I been staying at this hotel many times for the reasons of everything I mentioned.

Nuestra experiencia durante estas vacaciones en Guadalajara fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada recibimos un trato muy amable y profesional por parte de todo el personal. La habitación se limpiaba diariamente y siempre la encontrábamos impecable, ordenada y con gran atención a los detalles. El servicio en todas las áreas del hotel fue sobresaliente; siempre hubo alguien dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y a asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada. Quiero hacer una mención especial al personal de Starbucks dentro del hotel. Cada mañana preparaban nuestro café exactamente como lo pedíamos, cuidando cada detalle y ofreciendo un servicio excepcional que hacía muy agradable comenzar el día. En resumen, la hospitalidad, la limpieza y el excelente servicio hicieron que nuestra estadía y nuestras vacaciones en Guadalajara fueran aún más especiales. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos ampliamente.
