C’était très bien, on a passer un très bon séjour en famille. Très familial, très calme, parfaitement situé à la marina de Saidia, commerce et restaurant accessible à pied.

Il s’agit de mon 4ᵉ séjour cette année dans cet établissement et malheureusement l’expérience a de nouveau été décevante, comme lors des séjours précédents. Si nous continuons à y revenir, c’est uniquement faute d’alternative hôtelière à Saïdia. La chambre ne répondait pas du tout aux standards attendus. Le balcon n’a jamais été nettoyé et présentait même des toiles d’araignée, donnant l’impression qu’il ne faisait pas partie de la chambre. Le sol était constamment négligé, le carrelage de la salle de bain très sale, et les vitres de la porte-fenêtre donnant sur le balcon n’étaient jamais propres. Les serviettes étaient sales dès notre arrivée et malgré nos réclamations à la réception, elles n’ont jamais été remplacées. On a clairement l’impression que le ménage est expédié, je pense que la femme de chambre ne reste pas plus de 10 minutes dans la chambre. Cela reflète un manque de gestion et de volonté de la direction, probablement pour faire des économies au détriment du confort des clients. Le service restauration est également très décevant, aucun buffet n’était exposé pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner, ce qui est incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing. De plus, aucune compensation ou geste commercial n’a été proposé malgré nos multiples réclamations. Pour un établissement se présentant comme un 5 étoiles, le niveau de service, d’hygiène et d’entretien est largement en dessous des standards attendus. Très franchement, cet établissement devrait envisage

Je recommande

Hôtel très agréable ou l’on se sent bien en famille avec enfants. Très belles piscines. Parcontre le service est à revoir sur certaines choses (la propreté n’est pas trop au rdv, il manque toujours quelque chose serviettes ou autres). Le petit déjeuner a 190dh sur place est très cher pour ce que c’est (pas bcp de choix, les jus ne sont pas bon ils sont trop dilué avec de l’eau. Dans l’ensemble sans ces détails importants nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec on l’espère des améliorations.

Pas de confort de literie lits totalement défectueux. Pas de serviettes de bain Pas de consommable pour 3ème personne alors qu’on a bel et bien payé le supplément Pas de matériel à la cuisine pourtant c’est bien mentionné sur la liste . Enfin Toute réclamation des clients complètement ignorée ! Personnels malheureusement incompetents . 8000dh 4nuitées sans petit dej ni le min de confort franchement c’est de la pur arnaque 😔

Je déconseille cette hotel, il n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, les chambres sont sales il y a des odeurs partout dans l’hotel sauf la reception, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres, le seul point positif est la piscine. Et en plus il est très cher sa ne vaut pas le coup.
