The rooms smelled like old cigarettes, the bedding was not fresh, the couches were stained, the shower didn’t work and there was no hot water. There was no lotion in the room and we paid four times what we should have paid. The hotel was willing to change our rate for the dissatisfaction and the issues but could not because hotels dot com would not cooperate.

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds , fancy coffee in room. Very nice breakfast with super nice staff. Onsite parking. Walk to bars was around 20 minutes. No Uber but there are taxi’s.

This was the second time we've stayed here but we only stayed for one night. It was a very nice hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Lots of space in the room. The only problem we had was a lack of towels due to a malfunctioning dryer, which was unfortunate. We had to inquire a few times to get towels and ended up getting them around 9pm when our children were already in bed. I understand this was beyond the control of the staff but still disappointing. Other than that everything was great. Nice stay.
