Staff was wonderful, but old toilet seats that are stained in the main bathroom and Luke warm water for tea. Also our bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were too flat. Woke up with a sore back!

Some imperfections, but a very good family time

The swimming pool with its toboggan is amazing and quite hot ! The mattresses were a little too loose and the climatisation too loudy (we shut it down). The breakfast was delicious, but there is not enough tables for all the customers at the same time.

We chose this hotel for the pool snd were not disappointed. Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the water slide. The hotel staff were great and the room clean. The bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast was substantial, giving you both hot and cold choices ( eggs, bacon, sausage , waffles and a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and pastries. Location was good, it was easy to get ro downtown St John. Parking was included. We will stay there again.

Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean, breakfast buffet was delicious. The hot tub was out of order, which was a little disappointing, but those things happen. The only thing I genuinely didn’t like is that the hotel is advertised as having a pool… which it technically does however it’s small and shallow (4ft at its deepest) when people are going down the water slide it renders half the pool unusable because the slide launches them out far into the pool.
