Slightly overpriced but nice place.

It's a nice hotel. Maybe a little overpriced. The view couldn't be beat except for my window was at the same level as the rampart walls across the street so all the tourists had a perfect view into my room and bed. The building feels a bit old and could use an update. But still overall a good stay. The WiFi was not the best.

Our hotel stay was great. We stayed 3 nights and our only complaint was parking. We were told Sunday parking was free and we were charged 93.30 Euros for 3 days parking in Q park. We expected to pay for 2 days since we were told Sunday was a free day but this is not correct. It will be helpful to other guest to be clear if you need to park your car safely to call the hotel ahead for arrangements. The description states parking available and perhaps it is but unless you can afford over 30 euro a day don’t get the surprise like we did. Call the hotel to verify your parking needs. Also, the first evening some guy took too much and was naked from the waist down pounding on doors. Woke us at 4 and 5 am which after a long day traveling was unacceptable but the other 2 nights were perfect. The breakfast is 5 star! One of the most beautiful breakfast buffets we have had. They had so many choices for every hungry belly and the presentation was beautiful. And all the staff are very kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location

Dated property but room was large, view is unbeatable and proximity to old town is perfect. Shower drain and design is the worst I’ve ever seen.l My first shower flooded the bathroom and part of the hallway. The only way to prevent overflow and flooding is to turn off the water while lathering and washing and only use water when rinsing.

The location is central. The view from the room is exceptional. However, the rate is slightly overpriced for the services provided. The housework is very basic (many hairs found in the bed and sofa, very dusty room...). The light switches are broken, and there are numerous impact marks in the walls that have damaged the paint. The bathroom is nice. No mini bar, no bathrobe (although there is a bathtub). You'll pay for the view!

It was in a lovely square. Car traffic was limited, mostly pedestrians, and there was immediate access to shops, dining and the beautiful ramparts and beach.

Wonderful stay other than the fact we had to park 15 minute walk away cause the intra Muros was very very busy and we couldn't find a parking spot nearer as we did last time. Other than that it was a really good stay

Desk staff snotty. Misleading advertising saying parking is available (only if you reserve it when room is reserved). Bathroom was dirty. Mould in showers and in sink. Looked like there was stool or urine on the wall near paper dispenser. Door knobs filthy. Light bulbs burnt out.
