The bedroom was small but functional. Bedroom and bathroom were well cleaned. Public toilets were well maintained.

Very outdated hotel. Air con only just ok

We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good.

Truly a magical place to stay. A little retreat in the heart of Toulouse. I wish we had stayed longer but will be back. Staff was amazing. Rooms clean, bed so comfy! And the pool was such a nice treat during the recent heat wave. The food was excellent at any time of day.

Extremely clean. In the heart of Toulouse, a short walk to the wonderful Musee Augustin. Great breakfast, lovely, welcoming staff! Would definitely stay there again.

Room was small and a bit dark. Breakfast very good although once things were gone they weren't replaced so choice was much more limited after 9am The location is a bit far out of things but there is a very reliable bus service that gets you into old town in 15 mins or so

We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????
