The overall direction of the resort felt fantastic. However, the very outdated room conditions, especially the air conditioning system, make it difficult to give the highest rating. Nonetheless, the meals and various cultural events made the stay in Saipan wonderful. If I visit Saipan again, I would choose PIC again.

Property was amazing, pool and activities were great, loved the new water slides. Overall the facilities were fantastic. But the beds were hard and the water never got hot for the showers, mildly warm water for a couple of minutes at best.

Only issue we had was the waterpark staff giving us a hard time to get our wristbands even though we were under the same room. My husband who was registered guest was “required” to be present to get all our wristbands.
