Salakas Vacation Packages

The washer and dryer were down the hall, not in the unit. And the dryer didn’t have any heat. They only provided two packets of shower gel for 3 night stay. Towels weee super old and raggedy. The room smelled. Ran out of toilet paper. No dish soap and no room cleaning even though they changed towels.

Major Safety Hazard in Room 302 – Suffered a Severe Fall I booked City Gate through Orbitz, and Room 302 is an accident waiting to happen. The bed and desk sit on a raised platform about 8 inches above the floor. In the middle of the night, this sudden drop is completely invisible. I got up to use the bathroom in the dark, stepped right off the ledge, took a hard fall, and badly injured my back. Any step-down like this must have baseboard night lighting or illuminated floor trim. Leaving an unexpected drop pitch-black is completely reckless. On top of that, the hotel offers zero coverage for guest injuries caused by their hazardous room layout. An emergency room or doctor visit as a tourist can cost thousands out of pocket. Hotels need to carry basic liability insurance that protects guests when unsafe room design causes an injury. Avoid Room 302 until management fixes this setup.

Very modern hotel in a very central location with a hint of old world charm and clever artwork throughout. Very helpful staff and clean, comfortable, tech filled rooms. Very tasty breakfast buffet offers nice selection of warm and cold items. I will book here again on our next visit to beautiful Vilnius.

Outstanding location and Appartment !
