Breakfast is good

The hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are very nice and the service was exceptional. There is a pools view from the back of your room and the Adriatic Sea is in the front of your room. Breakfast is served every morning outside the front door of your room and the food is exceptional.

Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Palazzo Gattini--the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and fun, the location is fantastic, the whole property is beautiful, the room and amenities are top knotch, and we felt so taken care of. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will be back again!

The property was simply magical. It was incredibly private, absolutely beautiful, and the staff was amazing. I will be returning many times in the future.

Amazing helpful reception staff. The room was spectacular and very clean. Only lacking for us was breakfast and attentiveness to our table. Maybe a few more staff required for so many areas to cover. All in all though this was a very special property and we would love to again.
