The hotel has no handicap accessibility or elevators (Even though they said it was accessible). The said they could not assist with transferring to their sister hotel which does have accessible rooms. Expedia also declined helping with this transfer, after an hour+ of speaking with Expedia representatives.

i was supposed to stay here for a night, only ended up staying for 3 hours. hotel staff walked into my room while getting dressed to spray the curtains with a bottle of water. cleaning staff was incredibly rude. room smelled horrible, shower drain was clogged. food options where pizza & hotdogs. walk out pool was incredibly dirty, list goes on about how horrible this place is.
