Liked the spacious rooms and main reception and dining room. We had a lovely view over the old school and gardens next door. Didn't like the car park area, could it be softened with some troughs of greenery?

Excellent location and great staff

Went to Sale for the weekend and stayed 2 nights at The Matador Motel. Older style motel but spotlessly clean with all usual amenities. Great staff, knowledgeable and very friendly. Breakfast included and although only a Continental breakfast it was plentiful. The Motel is well situated to walk to the town centre, the Lake, The Wedge and the Art Gallery. Also free parking. Highly recommend.

This hotel is well located in Sale . The bed was very comfortable and good parking. On the downside the room was cold with the heating noisy and not very effective. The TV remote did not work with the television in the bedroom and there was a lot of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.
