It was a wonderful place to stay with our three young grandchildren. We arrived late evening and they were so happy to have the swimming pool late to enjoy after being traveling. It was all nicely remodeled for the previous year which is why I had chosen this place to stay.

This was a very nice hotel. My only complaint was that the square footage of the room was too small for the number of beds. One of the queen beds was right up next to the ac unit making the air blow directly on the person sleeping in the bed.

Overall the suite was clean and suited my needs. You can hear the bathroom being used by a nearby room, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Good price, nice clean room, friendly staff...definitely would book again for future trips.

Staff enforcing rules of the pool, guests were flipping and diving into pool and these were adults showing younger kids bad behaviors. We saw that the pool is Monitored on by the front desk staff, would be great if they would enforce the rules of no diving or jumping into pool.

Within a few minutes after checking in, we had to clean the refrigerator, remove food from the freezer and remove dried food that was on the room walls. The next morning, the bathroom sink fell off the wall as I washed my hands. We talked to Britni at the front desk. She told us that our entire stay will be refunded. She spoke to Julien, the General Manager and said she would speak to us or call us. That did not happen. Thankfully, later that day, we were able to move to a different room. The next morning, we were told to contact Expedia so that we could get a refund.
