I arrived at my room to find the hot water not available. The issue was being worked on and the management was extremely helpful. The room itself was great and comfortable. The beds are great. I recommend staying here.
This is my favorite hotel that I stay in often. Great facility, location, and staff.

Husband and I stayed overnight while attending a local event. On the plus side, the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful and check-in was super fast and easy. Our room was on the third floor and everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside was a loud hammering noise that startled us several times, fortunately not when we were trying to sleep! It sounding like there was someone banging on the walls inside our closet, near the bathroom with a large hammer! The walls were also thin. We could hear our neighbors talking in the room next door; and we were awakened at around 5:00am the next morning by heavy footsteps and a metal water bottle(?) being dropped on the floor in the room above us. IF we stay here again, it will only be if we can have a 4th floor room at the END of a hallway.
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. They take seriously their quote from the main entrance “If you are happy, we are happy”. They provide you with everything you might need. The room was very spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff was very kind and welcoming. It’s got a warm indoor pool and jacuzzi and a gym. Great for the price!
