This is not the pride of Motel 6, even for a low price property. The check in room was experiencing serious drama from several down-on-luck guests. The young staff was struggling to maintain composure amid frustration, tears and anger as she repeatedly went over the rules. Once in the room, I found that Expedia's information was from a former owner and did not accurately describe the room amenities. There was neither a mini fridge nor a microwave. The TV didn't work and the curtains had holes. The handicap bath, however, was huge and clean. Many smokers had enjoyed smoking in my nonsmoking room. I was preparing to leave when a mature woman came to ask what I needed. She turned up the fan to help with the smoke, brought a new remote to fix the tv, had maintenance bring both microwave and refridge, and sprayed air freshener throughout. I ended up staying one night and slept but the smoke is in every fabric fiber and wall surface. At checkout I recommended the pillows be sprayed thoroughly with disinfecting agents and run through a hot drier to eliminate the smoke. Also that signage indicate an additional cleaning fee would be charged should a guest smoke in a nonsmoking room.

I thought the parking lot was ripped up, which created congestion, only to realize that was the pool. They’d filled it in and arranged tables and chairs on it. Weird. Room was fine. Bed was super uncomfortable. And had a noisy frame. Bathroom was awful. Not for claustraaphobics for sure. Clientele was questionable, but overall it’s just mildly better than “fine”.

You can’t be this place for the price it’s as good as any other hot shower no coffee, but who needs coffee clean comfortable beds

The staff was friendly and efficient on checkin. My room appears clean and tidy but there’s a musty smell that seems to a deodorizor to mask cigarette smoke smell. People were smoking directly outside their rooms in violation of the rules in multiple places throughout the property.

A no frills hotel but clean and quiet!

This is a no frills hotel but it was just perfect for a place to lay my weary head for the night. The room is spotless and very quiet. The area is very well lit, and there are double locks in the doors. I felt secure. There is No fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer, and no coffeemaker. So be prepared for that but the price is great for a trip on a budget. The room is quiet, secure and the bed was firm, the way I need it. The gal who checked me in was very cordial and answered all my questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Unclean, Unsafe, Not Family Friendly

Uncomfortable and unclean. We booked a double queen, checked in and carried all of our bags upstairs with our 2 year old. Opened the door and we got one queen. Carried everything back out, after being told the only room available was upstairs, there was suddenly a double queen downstairs. Management was very apologetic and cordial, they did fix the error immediately. We got into the room and it was nasty. Pubic hair in the toilet, on the seat, all over the floor. The tub was full of hair and the hand towels on the edge of the tub were placed on top of a pile of hair on the rim of the tub. Beds were hard and lumpy and there was hair on pillow cases and sheets. Floors were definitely unmopped and looked unswept. Crumbs and dirt and lint in all the corners. Soap residue and toothpaste on mirror and sink. Unsanitary, just unsettling. I did not feel comfortable with my family in that room. There were people in filthy RV's running in and out of hotel rooms all day and night and people using drugs and passed out in the corners of the parking lot. This establishment is not somewhere i would bring my family again.
