My booking never existed apparently thanks to hotels.com. This website over booked the hotel. There were many other people in the same situation, having traveled several hours to be told there was no reservation. The hotel compensated my stay and was lovely to deal with but hotels.com told me there was nothing they could do.

Nice property in a fun location. It was loud downstairs and if your room is on the top floor near rooftop, be prepared for noise. Heard people running down hallways. Housekeeping service was sub par. Did not have any linens for pullout, asked for them, they brought but acted annoyed. Also didn’t have enough towels, asked for more but they never brought them. They had a wedding party with a late check out that I think impacted everyone checking in. Some grumpy people in the check-in area waiting. Maybe our experience was abnormal.

The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable! The walk in shower was very roomy and relaxing. The staff were very pleasant. The attached restaurant was incredible.The location of the hotel was excellent with a wide variety of shops right outside the front door. Everything felt very curated and upscale. I will definitely stay here again.
