Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and has everything you need for a relaxing adults-only getaway. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with amazing views and great housekeeping every day. The food exceeded our expectations, with plenty of restaurants to choose from and something different every night. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders kept the atmosphere fun and welcoming. What really made this trip unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our vacation special. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pools, beach, entertainment, and nightly shows were all fantastic. Whether we wanted to relax or enjoy activities, there was always something to do. If you’re looking for a luxurious, fun, and relaxing vacation in Jamaica, I highly recommend Ocean Eden Bay. We made amazing memories and can’t wait to come back!

This property is no longer the status it claims and needs to adjust. It is not that clean, my room had two roaches spotted. The fridges dont have rails so every time you open it everything fall. The doors dont lock and dont have do not disturb signs so house keeping and everybody else knock and enter starting at 9am sharp every morning. The lazy river has maybe 15 floaties and its a line to wait for them. The property needs rennovations.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Clean and family friendly

Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.
