Very friendly staff. Room excellent. Food was good in the restaurant. However: We found it difficult to find the room numbers on the door due to the lights. The room numbers were in lights but difficult to see them.

Lovely staff and great location for Manchester City Centre all of which is walking distance. The hotel is good but doesn’t have a pool. Needs a bit of a freshen up.

The hotel itself is fab can't fault it, however never having been to Manchester before, the surrounding area is awful and there is not much that we found locally to do.

Very nice hotel and close to city centre easy access over bridge but unsure of whether it would be safe at night as area around bridge on city side is quiet and a bit run down Spacious rooms

Stayed overnight on Saturday for Christmas market and Peter Kay gig. Hotel was excellent, with great location and service from staff ( although a bit slow in late bar) Parking very convenient in front of hotel. Room was really good with a massive comfy bed and pillows.

I only stayed the one night but the room was big enough to spend the week there. Ample space and facilities with a large walk in wardrobe and at 6ft 5" I was glad of the tall shower.
