Is this the nicest budget hotel in all of Kansas? I was a bit worried that my GPS was taking me to the wrong place as I was passing in between grain silos but though it is off the beaten path and not really convenient from I-70 this hotel is a gem. Completely remodeled, much older motor lodge with a newer 2-story addition. I was told it was 3 years old but you would never know it by the condition of the building or my room. Spotlessly clean, well laid out, well insulated. Even though it was 90+ at 10 pm I barely needed to run the AC. Bed and pillows first rate.
No pool, spa, gym, laundry, or even breakfast and not much of a lobby but if you want a quiet, clean place for the money you can’t do any better. They do offer a morning coffee and juice bar and several fast food places are about a mile away. For the price, I don’t think you can touch this hotel’s quality anywhere in the state. Highly recommend.
