Stayed a few times throughout the years. Didn't have any issues, this time the room we got had a couch full of stains and ripped. The reclining chair was another make and model and didn't work. The carpet was old and the room smelled.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Room was super clean. Although we gave a five star, we did want to mention the elevator was not in service both times we stayed this week and we were placed on the 3rd floor. We had to take three trips to our car to bring everything in (including our pet). The hotel did compensate us by not charging the pet fee, which was kind.

Was upgraded. Room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Haven’t had breakfast yet. Parking was convenient even for my SUV towing a 12’ trailer!

Nice hotel. VERY clean. Elevator wasn’t working which was hard for their older patrons climbing stairs. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Elevator was broken, and they were remodeling an entire wing of the hotel, but the front desk employee was really good about meeting us in the parking lot to warn us about the situation so we didn’t bring ALL of our luggage up the stairs. Room was clean, pillows were comfy, although the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. All in all, it was a good stay.

I will never use country inn again because I have a habit of either not having elevators or they're not in service. This ones was not in service so beware. I can do the stairs but my wife cannot. She has a problem with her back and of course all the rooms on the main floor were full leaving us with no options except to walk away. Having lost our money and then just having to drive all the way home with no place to stay. It's really great. I'll make sure never ever ever to stop at a country in again
