The staff at the moment we arrived didn’t know what to do because they didn’t know anything about the reservation. The room doesn’t have toilet paper. No hot water and is car noises all night.

Our seven days stay was perfect! Everyone was friendly, attentive and extremely cordial. The hotel and museum tour was very impressive and quite interesting. The food was good, but it could use a little bit more less authentic food.
