This property is terrible. It felt unsafe I didn't want to stay here with my family. People drinking in the parking lot, fights, people were arguing about drugs. The beds were on top of metal railing. We decided not to stay there and we were refused a refund after we had proof of what was happening.
Second bed's sheets were stained. The seat had crumbs and juice (bodily or otherwise) streaks. Just didn't look like it was cleaned thoroughly and the overall upkeep of the room was subpar. The AC took a while to cool the room, and had a disruptive growl every 10 minutes. Also, this is just an old off-highway motel rebranded. When I booked, it was an acceptable 7+ stars, when I arrived (for the event I and other guests were attending) I checked the star rating--- it dropped to below 5. I don't know if this was their plan or just how things worked out. Either way, I was booked for two nights; I left after one night.
Room was dirty. Had a fly trap hanging from the ceiling. Walls and floor were dirty whole room needs to be repainted. Flooring was damaged. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
It was listed as having free breakfast. When I checked in I asked about the times and was told they don’t have breakfast. WHICH WAS THE REASON I CHOOSE THE PROPERTY! The tub was dirty, the towels looked like they were 20 years old and the TV pictures was fuzzy.
Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep the entire night because the room had clearly been smoked in. I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times from my personal phone, but no one answered, and the in-room phone was not working either.
In addition, the shower was not functional, the towels provided were dirty, and there were roaches present in the room. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and far below expected standards.
I am requesting that this stay be reviewed and properly addressed.
The check-in area was dirty and the room was disgusting. There was a strong scent of cigarettes and marijuana. The bathroom had dried piss stains on the walls. We walked in, used the bathroom and checked out. There was no way we could spend the night there.
Nice renovation but the rooms still smelled like cigarette smoke. Adequate for a quick stay.

when booked had breakfast after check in told no breakfast only coffee anytime of day. Was depending on the breakfast. Lightbulb out over sink vanity. Looked like food spattered on TV & wall.
Upon arrival, the desk seemed annoyed
Once I got to my room started unpacked, constantly heard loud dog barking, almost all night people outside, constantly back-and-forth up and downstairs, sound like a drug run constantly in hotel room beside us
Decided not to stay the next night and just got another hotel
I think I would’ve got a better night. Sleep at the Walmart parking lot.
My room smelled like urine. Made a few phone calls to Wyndham customer service. they were pretty good, fairly helpful and I perceived true empathy. So, at the end of those conversations, I had paid for a room at their Baymont property up the road. Then I had to go to the front desk at this Days Inn. The desk attendant (owner perhaps?) told me he would issue a refund. I did ask for a receipt or some evidence that he was going to take care of it. He simply told me he'd take care of it. I asked again, he said he would take care of it...again. I realized I was not going to get anywhere by escalating with him. So, I simply left peacefully and determined I'd deal with it later. Well, now it's later. I expect not to be charged for this.
