Staff was attnetive and professional. It is an older building, so you expect it to be dated, but the halls smelled of that combination of 1970's cigarette smoke and sanitizer. The room was ok except that there was a noticeable stain on the sheets on one bed. Got new linens and was remaking the bed at 11pm. Bathroom was clean and the room / hall was quiet. Could look past all but the dirty bed sheets. Not planning on returning.

Aggravating stay at the Quality inn

The light in the entry flashed on & off like a disco. I asked to have it fixed but was told there were no more light bulbs. I was given another room & the bedside lamp & another didn’t work. I kept the original room & didn’t use the entry light. A group parked outside my window & had a loud tailgate party in the parking lot. The room didn’t work. I went out & had the attendant call the police to stop the noise. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I just wanted to sleep as I was on a long cross country drive. This hotel needs maintenance. It was quiet after the aggravation & I slept. Was out b4 breakfast was served. Would skip this hotel next time. The room was clean & air conditioning worked.

Poor Quality for Quality Inn

This room was definitely not up to the standards we usually have found with Quality Inn. There is mold all over the walls and in the bathroom. The lighting is dismal. The room has not been carefully cleaned as there were toenail clippings on the carpet. We were very disappointed and especially so because of the price---way to high!

The room was dirty. The sleeper couch did not work, there were no sheets for the sleeper couch, the front desk lady gave us a cot but we had to take it upstairs, The tv inside the unit was not working. This is the most terrible hotel experience I’ve ever had. I Would recommend a motel 6 over this quality inn

We have stayed here a few times and would definitely stay again. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable.Applebees is right out the main entrance and there are several restaurants close by. Several shopping centers close by as well.

The property is outdated. Dark and textured walls in the bedrooms. Hallways are institution-like. Remodeling needed. Check in staff was pleasant and the process was efficient. Had problem with television and the person sent to assist informed us that moving to another room would be hit or miss. Could end up with one with an air conditioner that did not work or a television with the same issues. Refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Clean bathroom and linens.

This is a great place to stay, as it’s only 30 minutes from Ocean City! However, it could use some improvements. I requested two non-smoking rooms—one was clean, but the other smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke.
