We always enjoy our time at the casino. The hotel is nice and clean. We feel safe. The only part of the casino/hotel experience that could be improved is the hotel check in area. We have yet to have anyone that really "welcomed" us.

The beds are like bricks & pillows need to be replaced with better ones. At $140 a night I didn’t expect to wake up with a horrible back ache from the bed & my neck killing me from the pillows.
