Pros: Hotel, Nice clean rooms, great native american artwork displayed. Really good black out curtains, comfy bed, and it was quiet. Cons: smoking is allowed almost everywhere in the casino. Buffet was average, live music was ok.

Elegant hotel at a reasonable price. Buffet dinner available for a reasonable price. Room was very clean and relaxing with low lights with a comfortable bed. There were many options on the TV, but it required down loading an app and there was a cost to the better channels. Only basic TV was no cost. I didn't care for the gambling option.

Questionable Practice
The room was nice. Reserved through Hotels.com, so they say the receipt should come from them. However, they took my credit card for “incidentals” - which is not a complaint. $50 is taken out of my account to be returned anywhere from 10 - 30 days. My complaint is their refusal to provide a receipt or documentation of the transaction. Anytime someone takes your card and manipulates it - something should be provided to the customer.

There was a need to call Expedia in order to get checked into the hotel. Front desk staff was unwilling to cooperate and had a matter-of-fact attitude. I travel on the road often for business. Therefore, there times when I may not make the 4PM check in. However, I pay for the room in advance. This lady told me that because I missed checkin time they cancelled my room. Even though I paid.

Overall, this is a nice place for a small town. But, compared to others, it is lacking. Would be nice to have a decent restaurant. The bar service is lacking. I have stayed here twice and the front desk staff is not welcoming.
