It was my first time staying here. I heard about it through friends and it was extremely affordable for what you get. It was a fun experience and looking forward to coming back to see the other rooms in the future

Interesting and cozy couples get away

The Inn is a really cool concept with themed rooms, everyone different and unique. I started my stay in the phantom of the opera room which was really cool upon arrival. However the bed was the worst bed I’d ever slept on and even though it’s listed as a queen it seemed incredibly small. Shower diverter did not work correctly so showers were kind of a pain. After the second night I asked if I could pay for an upgrade. It literally took almost 24 hours for the hotel to do that. The second room was much better and I was thankful the hotel staff found a way to let me pay for an upgrade. It was just frustrating that it took 3-4 people, a manager and several front desk visits to finally get it. Other than that the place was a really nice change from the run of the mill hotel chains out there.
The is the presidential suite. Themed like the White House. Really cool.

Too noisy. Third window pane needed sound proof.

The room was dated but very well kept. No step to get into the hot tub was a huge problem for both my wife and self. The most disturbing issue with the room was the road noise directly outside the window on the 4th/5th south roadway to the north. Constant disturbances from the street-car, trucks and even loud automobiles was heard all night.

My spouse is in a wheelchair and hours prior to checking in I verified with the reception desk that our room was accessible. He assured me it was. When we returned after 5 to check in he pointed to the stairs we would have to climb to get to our room on the second floor. Not even kidding. Ridiculous!

Themed room was cute and fun and in-room jacuzzi tub for 2 was a treat. You get room service breakfast included but they only offer one thing (no menu), you can accept or decline the offer for the day. You do get choice of beverage. You get to pick delivery time. Food was good - breakfast bake, pastry and fruit. Free coffee at entrance. Mattress wasn't that great and portions of the common space (carpet) were a little careworn.

The Inn is absolutely amazing, even better then advertised. However, the area its located in is very questionable. I would not allow that to deter me from staying here though. Absolutely an amazingly different stay if you're looking for something different. We loved it!
