Our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was hot and had a wide variety of choices, not your typical continental. During our stay there were repairs being made to the elevator. The staff communicated options for guests and repairs were completed quickly. We were impressed by their management of the situation. We used the pool and spa. Both were clean, heated, and towels available. When we asked for a temperature adjustment, service staff arrived within minutes and made the changes. Very professional and guest friendly staff and service personnel. Overall a very comfortable stay near the airport. I would recommend this property as a good value and worth consideration over much more expensive options that offer similar amenities.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, l forgot one of my luggage at the hotel shuttle. It could be a good idea for the shuttle to give a barcode or note for each passenger's baggage so it will reduce the confusion between passengers' luggage when the shuttle is crowded.

Free parking believe it or not still a big thing. Some of the downtown SLC are starting to charge to park on their property. I will avoid those hotels especially if I'm staying up there for medical care which is the reason we were there and money was tight.

This hotel is back off the freeway and main road very quiet. The hotel has the surface clean look. Once you sit down you will see the garbage and trash on the floors. The night person doesn’t do anything except sit on their phones. The showers don’t work on the entire property, the hot water for coffee, hot chocolate is cold!! So if you’re looking for a nice shower in the evening or the morning you are SOL!!!!!
