not the best. the hot tub was out of order, the breakfast was all gone an hour before it was ending and they didn’t restock anything, also, it’s been 8 days and they’re still holding the deposit on my card.
This was a clean relaxing place to stay. The bed felt very soft sitting on the edge so I was worried it was going to be too soft but it wasn't. It was nice. The breakfast wasn't much as most Continental breakfast are. I'd probably stay again. I'd just remember to bring something to get me by till I could go get more breakfast
The hot tub wasn't working and we were very disappointed as we had called in advance to confirm that it was working before booking. The fitness room is also out of commission.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
We came here for one night and the hot tub didn’t work, the pool was kind of cold, no pool towels, the stairwell smelled like cat piss, the 2nd floor ice machine you had to scoop out with a cup which is not sanitary because who knows who else has done god knows what then touching that cup (other floors had a button for ice to dispense), and then photos of breakfast on there website look good then you get there and they have 2 cereals, a muffin and 1 waffle maker for a whole hotel full of guests. Not impressed at all. Only good was the staff was very sweet.
Dog DoDo all around. People staying there are not cleaning up behind there dogs. Or should I say they don’t give a DoDo. I almost stepped in some, told employee at front desk, and they seamed to shrugged me off. Come on people, clean up behind your pets, or places won’t let you stay!
The staff was very nice. I have no complaints towards them. But our hotel was very very bad. From the pictures it seemed like not a “high end” hotel but it seemed decent. We weren’t expecting luxury, but it was terrible. There were vomit or blood stains all over the carpet, the walls were dirty, the place just felt extremely grungy. Hate to leave a bad review but we looked at reviews as we made our decision to stay here and they were very misleading.

The facility is in transition and not all put together. The staff were friendly. The pool had some chemical issues and was unavailable for use. The doors wee very thin and hall noise was annoying
