Blocked parking

Front staff ignored me, had me waiting for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. My room AC didn't work. The mattress was not comfortable. All the handicap parking spaces were blocked off due to the painting of the building. Painters were gone by 5 pm, but the spaces were still blocked off. This made things very difficult for my wife.

Room seemed clean but the rest of the property was not. The carpet in elevator had spills and stains. I mentioned it to staff but he seemed to be passing the buck to someone else. Breakfast was not great. Canned fruit and dried sausages that were hidden behind the eggs.

When checking in at front desk, Dani was Amazing! She greeted me with a smile, I love that. She got us situated in no time and answered all my questions. Very comfortable talking with her. I love that your hotel was easy to get to with close access to highway & Hogle Zoo. :)
