Our go to for a budget ski trip

This is my second stay at Crystal. It's a fantastic budget option for a ski trip to SLC. They are conveniently located to the cottonwood ski areas. The hotel is no frills, but affordable. Their breakfast is actually good for a free breakfast and the breakfast options change daily, which I appreciated for a longer stay. They have a lot of skiers onsite usually (they post snow totals in the lobby) which makes for a fun vibe at breakfast or at the hot tub. It's become our go to place for a guy's ski trip to SLC each year.

Breakfast was fantastic and always stocked and plentiful. Location was perfect and convenient. Spa/pool was clean. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was really soft so would be comfortable for some. I prefer a harder mattress. Perfect hotel for what we were looking for and would definitely stay there again.

Beware the pet fee, it is insane! Water pressure and shower head were great for a hotel. Bed was comfy. Deep down dusty caused me major allergy problems, but room was superficially clean.

This was a very noisy place. I get that it was ski season, but I swear the upstairs neighbors never took their ski boots off. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff was very nice but don’t expect daily service to your room.

Pleasant stay for a business trip

This was a good place to stay. Everything was good. It is clean and the front desk can help with whatever comes up. The hot tub was a relief to sit in at night after having been on my feet all day for business training. The breakfast is good. Not great food but it is good food and does the trick. All in all for the price it is a good stay with everything you need - just don't expect a posh vacation resort!
