My room was spotless and the provided amenities were generous. Hotel shuttle is 24 hours. The breakfast was an extremely extensive spread. It was a quiet stay and front desk staff was very accommodating and cheerful.

This hotel is a gem. It’s old school…the entire staff is friendly, knows their stuff, and treats you like it’s their job to make you comfortable. The rooms are large. The included breakfast is standard, but fine. The van service is amazing!

Nothing wrong with this decent hotel.
The Crystal Inn is a decent hotel in a good location at a decent price. The interior is dated, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Guest services were friendly and the breakfast buffet like you're used to if you travel at all. Nothing fancy, nothing special, but better priced than most comparable hotels.
